Your Nuvio Chiller Pro features a smart display that shows key system information, operating modes, and control options. This guide explains what each icon means and how to use the screen to adjust settings for the best experience.
Display Overview
The main display shows real-time information about your chiller’s operation:

Target Temperature
Error Code Indicator

🌡️ Target Temperature
The target temperature can be set directly on the display screen, through the remote control, or in the Nuvio App.
Temperature range: 37–70°F (2.8–21.1°C).
Recommended range: 49–52°F (9.4–11.1°C).
Default target: 41°F (5°C).
How it works:
Once the water reaches the target temperature, the compressor turns off while the pump continues running.
If the temperature rises more than 2°F (1.1°C) above your set point, the compressor restarts to maintain your desired temperature.
⚠️ Error Code Indicator
The error code indicator light remains off during normal operation.
When an error is detected:
The indicator light turns on, and the corresponding error code appears on the display screen.
If any error code appears, the compressor (if running) will stop immediately for safety.
If the E6 error appears, both the water pump and ozone function will also stop automatically.

💧 Ozone Sterilization Indicator
The ozone light shows when the ozone generator is active.
Default: Off
Can be turned on/off via the remote control or mobile app.
Can also be scheduled in the app.
Each ozone cycle runs for 40 minutes, then shuts off automatically.
Note: Ozone produces a mild odor during operation, this is normal. Avoid using the ice bath during disinfection. Learn more about this feature here!
❄️ Compressor Operation Indicator
This light shows the compressor’s status:
Flashing: Compressor is starting.
Solid: Compressor is running normally.
Off: Compressor is in standby.
To protect the compressor’s lifespan, it includes a 3-minute delay before restarting after shutdown.
When the water reaches the set temperature, the compressor turns off. If the temperature rises more than 2°F, it restarts automatically.
🛜 Wi-Fi Connection Indicator
Shows the status of your chiller’s network connection:
Off: Not connected.
Flashing: Attempting to connect.
Solid Light: Successfully connected to Wi-Fi.

↕️ Temperature Adjustment Buttons
“Up” Button: Increases temperature by 0.1°F (or 0.1°C) per press.
“Down” Button: Decreases temperature by 0.1°F (or 0.1°C) per press.
Press and hold: Adjusts continuously at 0.5°F per 50 ms (after 800 ms delay).
°F/°C Temperature Mode Switch
Press the Mode button once to switch from Fahrenheit (°F) to Celsius (°C).
Press again to return to Fahrenheit.
⏻ Power Button
The power switch controls the entire chiller and screen display:
When plugged in, the chiller powers on automatically and starts the compressor and pump.
Press once to enter standby mode (screen off, compressor/pump/ozone stop).
Press again to restart the unit.
Note: You can also control power remotely via the remote control or mobile app (if connected to Wi-Fi).
